Demolition of existing rear access stairs to 4x units and construct newly built balconies

Works undertaken as follows

• Demolition of existing structure 

• New foundations and suspended slab including dividing structural walls

• New aluminium windows and doors to the balcony 

• Waterproofing and tiling 

• Frameless balustrade system 

• Render and painting 

Challenges 

We experienced minimal challenges however access for this job was a lot harder then anticipated.
