• Disconnect and remove of redundant services 

• Remove existing membrane system 

• Address existing services and commission 

• Lay new sheet membrane system 

Challenges 

The difficulty we had was that this building was used for both medical and hospital operations, so we had to make sure that services continued even while patients were coming and going.
